So, I think we have summer. It’s been two days of glorious sunshine, which obviously means that I’m going to post about my awesome winter coat. Disturbia are a pretty cool brand, but I’ve never really bought anything from them before. I always thought that they were a leeeeetle bit too overpriced to actually buy anything from them. But, since I needed a winter coat (this was when it was cold – it was only a week ago, people!) I thought I would have a look. I wanted something that wasn’t your standard pea coat, or one that has corset ties or whatever, and this seemed to fit the bill. Vegan leather, faux sheepskin, all the better. It was half price too.

Sold.

It’s really warm and it’s waterproof, making it an excellent coat all round to be honest. Apart from when it’s warm. Like now.

Disturbia have got some good stuff at the moment. I have definitely got my eye on that “bite me” shirt.

The rest of this outfit is pretty much from H&M – also last winter. The jumper is from the men’s section. When I was about 19 I went through a phase of buying menswear. It was awkward. I think I was trying to go for androgyny, but failed magnificiently to pull it off. This red and black flecked jumper is different, though. It’s long so I can wear it as a dress, like I have here. Paired with over-the-knee socks (does anyone else have an issue with this? Like, make your over-the-knee socks long please, I don’t want to wear them like they’re hanging on to my knee for dear life) and a pair of pointy ankle boots and you’ve got yourself a pretty comfy outfit.

P.S. How did you like my first outfit post?

P.P.S. Does anyone have any good recommendations for goth/nugoth menswear bloggers? I feel like there’s a niche in the market!
