Yes, I have my left arm up to my face in all of these photos. I am a kickass model and will no doubt be stomping the catwalks of London, Paris, New York and Milan next season. Thank you.
Now that embarrassing confession is out of the way, we can focus on this little bit of DIY fashion that we have up on this here blog. Okay so it really is minimal and all it involves a pair of scissors and a ruler but check me out.
A men’s tee turned cut out dress is pretty good, yes? It’s a little Killstar number that was meant for the bf but he went off it so I nabbed it instead.
The same one isn’t on the Killstar site now, but there is one that’s pretty similar that I’ve linked to above.
I basically cut the eagles head out. And that cut out pretty much transforms this long t-shirt into a painfully on-fleek on-pointe on-trend dress even if I do say so myself. Hashtag fashion.
I love the shiny black detailing and the fact that the cutout emphasises the wings of the (now beheaded) eagle. I really like the side slits too that make it even cuter as a dress.
Popped on with my Marceline DMs and my fishnets, and some perfectly placed jewellery (*perfect*) and I think this a bomb outfit.
What do you think? How would you have styled this dress?
